Refund policy

We want to make sure that you love the item you bought from [ AMOUNI ] , So please read below our exchange and return Policy :

• You will receive a WhatsApp message from the brand to confirm the Policy and according to confirmation order will be shipped.
• سيتم ارسال رسالة واتس اب من الماركة لتأكيد سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع, وبناءا علي الرد بالموافقة سيتم شحن الاوردر

 

• Same order that includes more than 3 styles will require a 50% deposit transfer before shipping, incase of return the amount will be refunded after receiving back the order and inspecting it.
• الاوردر الذي يحتوي اكتر من ٣ موديلات يطلب تحويل 50% من قيمة الاوردر قبل شحنه و في حالة المرتجع سيتم تحويل المبلغ بعد استلام و فحص المرتجع 

 

• Order must be received within maximum of 10 days from shipping otherwise it will get automatically canceled , incase you didn't respond or canceled the order (after being shipped) or not available after arranging with courier you will be asked to transfer the shipping fees only. So, Please make sure to reply back the texts received from shipping company and calls.

يجب استلام الاوردر في خلال عشرة ايام بحد اقصي من تاريخ شحنه والا سيتم الغاءه تلقائيا , في حالة عدم الرد او الالغاء ( بعد الشحن) او عدم التواجد بعد التنسيق مع المندوب سيتم الطلب لتحويل تكلفة الشحن فقط. رجاءا يتم التأكد من الرد علي الرسائل و المكالمات المرسلة من طرف شركة الشحن

 

• Once you receive the order and the courier is still at your door, try it on please (they can wait for 10mins only) before paying.

•  مع استلام الاوردر يمكنكم قياس الملابس قبل الدفع، مع العلم المندوب لن ينتظر اكتر من ١٠ دقائق
   

• If you don't like your purchase, please return it back to the courier in same original condition and only pay the shipping fees. ( This is the only way to accept returns )

• لو لم يعجبك ما تم طلبه ، برجاء ارسال الاوردر مع المندوب(و هو لسة بيوصل الاوردر لأول مرة) بنفس حالته مع دفع مصاريف الشحن (  هذه الطريقة الوحيدة المقبولة للمرتجعات)

 

• Please note our policy is exchange only for size , and you have 48hrs from receiving the order ( Only incase of availability) .  First we will collect the item you want to exchange for inspection then ship the size you need, it must be in original condition ( with same packaging, tags and labels are not removed) and paying only shipping fees incase of size exchange. (NO EXCHANGE ON ITEMS ON SALE), ( SIZE EXCHANGE AVAILABLE ONLY IN CAIRO & GIZA ORDERS)

•  سياسة الاستبدال متاحة فقط للمقاسات من بعد استلام الاوردر ب ٤٨ ساعة فقط (في حالق توفر المقاس) ،  اولا سيتم ارتجاع الاورودر لفحصه وبعد ذلك سيتم شحن المقاس المطلوب.  يجب أن تكون الملابس بنفس حالتها الأصلية( بنفس التغليف ، مع وجود التيكيت و الليبل بنفس حالتهم) مع دفع فقط مصاريف الشحن  في حالة استبدال المقاس( لا يوجد استبدال علي البضاعة المباعة عليها تخفيض), ( استبدال المقاس متاح فقط لاوردرات القاهرةو الجيزة )

• We have each order very well inspected and quality checked by our team before shipping. If Exchange is due to a manufacturing defect please send us a message through Instagram DMs mentioning your order number. If you are asked to return back the item for inspection please make sure its in same original condition, once received back the item will be inspected from our end and you will receive a communication whether there will be an exchange or not (depending on the case / condition). In case the item will be exchanged after inspection (or sent again after getting fixed)  you will be asked to pay for shipping fees only 

   

     [ AMOUNI ] is not Liable for:

  • Stains caused by perfumes, creams, makeup, oils or similar substances.
  • Damage resulting from not following the specific care instructions provided on the product page, including washing instructions and handling guidelines.

   

  •  كل اوردر يتم فحصه بعناية قبل الشحن من طرفنا, اذا كان الاستبدال بسبب عيب تصنيع برجاء ارسال لنا رسالة علي رسائل الانستجرام مرفق بها رقم الاوردر. لو تم الرد لارسال الملابس لنا لتفحص برجاء التاكد ان تكون في حالتها الاصلية, عند استلامها من طرفنا سيتم فحصها وسيتم الرد عليكم بالنتيجة اذا كانت ستستبدل ام لا (علي حسب حالة القطعةفي حالة الاستبدال بعد الفحص (او اعادة ارسال الاوردر بعد التصليح)  سيتم دفع مصاريف الشحن من طرفكم .

  • • البقع بسبب العطور, الكريمات, مستحضرات التجميل, الزيوت و اي مواد مشابهة
    • اي تلف بسبب عدم اتباع تعليمات الغسيل و العناية بالقطعة اللي مكتوبة علي موقع ف نفس صفحة المنتج

   

• Any orders that are unattended or canceled after the shipping and customer doesn't pay their shipping fees,  a 50% deposit will be requested from the customers in any future orders to be proceeded.
• اي اوردر يتم الغاءه او عدم استلامه بعد الشحن مع رفض سدادقيمة الشحن , سيتم الطلب من العميل تحويل 50% من قيمة اي اوردرات مستقبلية ليتم شحنها
